Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• More than 7 days before pickup: full refund of the deposit.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before pickup: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• Less than 48 hours before pickup, or no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.

Weddings, proms and peak-season dates may carry different terms, which are stated on your confirmation.

Changes

You can change the date or time of a booking once at no charge, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before pickup.

Late return

Vehicles returned after the booked time are charged at the hourly rate for every 30 minutes or part thereof. Where a late return affects the next customer, an additional fee may apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days.
