Car Sales Terms

Reservations

A car is reserved for you once the reservation deposit is received. The car is held for 7 days, during which the balance should be paid. The deposit is deducted from the purchase price.

Refunds

If we cannot complete the sale, your deposit is refunded in full. If you decide not to proceed after reserving, the deposit is refundable less an administration fee of 10% of the deposit.

Vehicle condition

Every vehicle is inspected before sale. We encourage a test drive and independent inspection before purchase. Mileage and specifications are provided in good faith from the vehicle's records.

Documents

Ownership documents are transferred once the full price has been paid.
