1. Bookings

A booking is a request until we confirm it by SMS. Confirmation depends on vehicle availability and, where required, receipt of the deposit shown on your booking page.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted per hour or per day for the vehicle shown, including the chauffeur where stated. Extras such as decorations, overtime, tolls, parking and travel outside our service area are charged separately. The balance is due before the trip starts unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Hire period

The hire period starts at the booked pickup time. Waiting time and time beyond the booked return are charged at the hourly rate, in blocks of 30 minutes.

4. Conduct and damage

Smoking, illegal substances and behaviour that puts the chauffeur, other road users or the vehicle at risk are not permitted. The hirer is responsible for damage caused by their party, including cleaning charges for excessive mess.

5. Self-drive hire

Self-drive vehicles require a valid driving licence held for at least two years, a national ID or passport and a refundable security deposit. Fuel is returned at the level it was collected.

6. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or events outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
